Regarding Users
Users are required to enter accurate and comprehensive personal data. It is the users' responsibility to keep their password and ID private. We are not responsible for any incorrect information that is sent to us and causes the user or customer to suffer losses of any type. Users are not permitted to access or hack into areas of the website that they are not authorised to. They promise not to destroy, modify, or remove any data.
Our Agreement to You As A Customer
We represent professionals on their behalf and offer our clients/users original content. When the customer places an order, we promise to deliver the calibre of work they desire. We commit to provide you appropriately trained professionals to handle your order. We will assign professionals to your job using all reasonable abilities and judgement. Before the deadline, we will finish the task and send the solution to your email. This is our completionist policy. The order would be sealed and there would be no refunds after the expert has been selected and assigned and money has been received from the customer.
Once the expert has been assigned the order, we can accept requests for changes to the work—but only if we believe it is essential and provided the changes do not contradict with the original order. We may either provide you with a new quote for the updated specification or reallocate the Order to another expert if the additional information is provided after the entire payment or a deposit has been made and this information contradicts the details in the original Order specification. After that, a new delivery time will be chosen. If there are excessive issues, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction at any time. In that event, you will receive a full refund of the money you originally paid.
If you are dissatisfied with the work, you will have options. As a customer, you are unable to speak with our professionals directly. We are going to serve as a go-between. Once the expert and the customer have agreed to accept the order and payment has been received, the agreement begins. Until the task is finished, the conditions of the agreement will apply unless terminated by any party.

We reserve the right to hold off on or delay the delivery of the work order if you, the customer, pay a deposit and guarantee to pay the remaining amount at least 24 hours before the order is due and then fail to make payments according to the specified term.

The policy of completing work on time will not apply in such instances, and we will not be liable for any losses. If you postpone providing us with the necessary information, the completed work will not be delivered on time. We will use the phone number or email address you have provided to us to contact you if the experts want clarification or other specific information regarding the work order. We will consider any response or instruction you provide.
Privacy Legislation
The user/customer consents to keep the information we supply them confidential to any third party while our business contacts with them.
We guarantee not to disclose any personal data or information supplied by the user or customer to any third party unless mandated by law or legitimate authority.
Disgruntled Clients: Modifications To Fulfilled Orders
The user or customer may ask us to revise the order if they are unhappy with the work and feel that their specifications or instructions were not fulfilled. If the request is submitted within the seven days following the delivery of the first order, the specialists will perform such rework and revision at no cost to you. The work that is altered or reworked will have a revised delivery date. Our quality control staff will evaluate any ambiguity or disagreement that may arise between the expert and the user/customer, and their judgement will be final. A new estimate will be sent and the second revision or amendment will not be free of charge if a request for reworking or amendment is made more than seven days after the completed work order is delivered.
Returns
Please be advised that there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges available for any purchases made using our online assignment help services. You understand that by completing a purchase, you consent to not challenging the transaction with your bank. Any request for a departure from this policy must be made in writing and is subject to our sole approval. Conditions of Payment

It is possible that no qualified expert will be available for the task if the full payment is made before securing one; in that event, the service will be declined and the payments will be appropriately reimbursed. In any controversy, the decision made by our team at Accelevo will be final, but we'll make sure the customer is given enough information to understand how we arrived at that conclusion.
